Industrial Design: Why did I choose this carreer?

Hi everyone!
How I ever thought how difficult it would be to choose a career? I always ask myself hahaha.

Me working with a Dremel
When I was a child I dreamed of being a veterinarian, simply because, until now, I love animals. That was a sweet dream, and a lot of children dreams the same haha.
Then, when I was in High School, my student profile was so scientific and mathematican. I fell in love with chemistry, laboratories, and all that kind of things... So inspired for my interests and good marks in that areas (and the approval and happiness of my parents), in the year 2016, I enter to study chemical engineering at the Federico Santa MarĂa University.
During that year, learn about basic sciences was cool, but a part of me missed the creativity and the arts. So I took the decision to change my career, and I chose Design (Industrial for ever haha), because this career had a mix between crafts, creativity, physical phenomena, and I thought it would be a good area to work with other professionals.
My experience in the career at this moment is so good! I love what I'm studying! And every project that I have developed has been satisfactory for me. I'm working now in a project calling Eolian, and is a project with other design and engineering students, about create a solar car for the World Solar Challenge 2019, in Australia.
My dream job is work like a Color, Materials and Finish Designer, in the interiors of cars, or maybe make prostheses... I don't know now. I think I need more experiences to decide.
